SEAMLESS ASSEMBLING
To provide enhanced design and performance, DIEL®Sport replaced stitched seams at particular areas of the apparel with special seamless adhesive technology.
Structural seams, zippers, pockets and more are created using high-end machines and adhesive films to achieve a seamless look and to eliminate the need to use seam tape.
The joints made with this exclusive adhesive method show excellent pulling strength and durability on washing.

BOX BAFFLE CONSTRUCTION
Opposed to sewn through constructions, Box Baffles do much less pinching of the down at the baffle’s perimeter, minimizing cold spots and optimizing the loft within each separate baffle.
Jackets constructed this way are thicker, warmer, and more evenly puffy with smoother baffles.

This 4-way super stretch fabric consists of 85% Nylon+15% Spandex and allows freedom of movement without any constraint even during extreme activity.
At the same time it assures perfect protection due to LAKA Breathable PU Lamination that penetrates the fabric forming a structure with billions of micro-pores. The pores are so small that liquid water cannot go through (making it water proof), but large enough to let interior moisture vapour through (making it breathable).

DIEL®Sport advanced all-component stretch technology is based on the idea that to ensure the entire system’s ability to fit perfectly and assist every movement of the skier, not only the face fabrics must be fully stretchable in all directions, but all the materials – insulations, linings, even the sewing strings – must have supreme elasticity and combine in the perfect way to replicate any extension of the top layer fabric.

It provides for maximum heat retention and cosy soft touch feel.

Dermizax®EV is an ultrathin, highly durable, hydrophilic membrane that responds to changes in wearer’s microclimate and guarantees efficient thermoregulation and exceptional breathability, wind- and waterproofness even in extreme weather.
As opposed to its competitors Dermizax®EV is a non-porous film that effectively manages the high level of humidity inside the clothing. When it breathes it transports water molecules through molecular openings in the membrane by taking in vapour on one side and releasing it on the other.
Dermizax®EV’s dry feel quickly returns compared to other fabrics. Its special super durable water repellent finish (DWR) stands with excellent rate even after more than 100 wash cycles (up to 10 times more than normal water repellent finish).

Excellent thermal efficiency, dries quickly and insulates even when wet. Easy care: machine washable, no mat effect. Hypo-allergic.
MICRONIC provides a soft feel, similar to down but with less weight for the same volume. Laser is one of the best ways for fabrics cutting that helps overcome practical challenges like the complexity of shapes, the fraying of edges, the precision of cuts of any size of cuts and the repeatability. The resultant cut is a sealed edge free from all loose fibres.

III-D TAILOR – DIEL®Sport’s innovative system for dress construction management is an enhanced way to crop the textile taking into account the specifics of the human anatomy. Examining particular positions and typical movements in ski sport, the three-dimensional tailoring captures the shape of the body by dividing clothing into approximately 20 separate units, such as shoulders, armpits, elbows, knees, etc. Considering these zones individually enhances equipment performance.
The final result is a second skin feeling – pressure when wearing the outfit is completely gone and the movement is absolutely free. Through III-D TAILOR, DIEL®Sport succeeds to create designs with a graceful silhouette that allow violent movement without restriction or strain.
