DIEL Product Quality and Warranty
All DIEL products are made exclusively from high-tech materials supplied by world-renowned providers, ensuring consistently high quality and reliable performance. Garments are produced under strict supervision in modern, EU-based factories. A Japanese quality system with triple control at every stage of production guarantees precise final execution.
Each DIEL product with an attached “Quality Certificate” card is covered by a warranty. The warranty applies to defects arising during normal use within the warranty period due to human error in manufacturing or faulty materials/components. DIEL provides a 24-month quality guarantee from the date of purchase. If the purchase date is not recorded on the certificate, the production date indicated in the serial number is considered valid.
Warranty Conditions:
The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is presented and matches the defective product.
Covered components include zippers, seams, seam taping, buttons, cords, stoppers, straps, and trims.
Before purchasing, consult your seller, try the product, and select the correct size. Warranty claims for ripped seams due to incorrect sizing may be refused.
The warranty is void in case of damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not cover:
Tearing or damage to the fabric surface caused by contact with any object not part of the product.
Burns or damage caused by melting of the fabric from fire or hot surfaces.
Damage to zippers caused by excessive pulling or aggressive opening/closing.
Damage to membranes, coatings, or seam taping resulting from contamination or improper care (washing, drying, ironing).
Colour loss or color migration: the DIEL production department will determine (based on company test analyses) whether a defect exists in the fabric used.
Water Resistance:
DIEL bases its assessments on test results to determine the presence of any issues. For surface wetting problems, DIEL recommends the use of special water-repellent or impregnation treatments.
